Erica Schimelpfenig

Erica is the Executive Director of YouthWorks and has served with the organization for almost 20 years. She began at YouthWorks as a summer staff and has since worked in a variety of roles such as a Recruiting Associate, Regional Director, Director of Recruiting and Director of Missions. She has been committed to providing opportunities for youth mission trips because she believes service allows teenagers to broaden perspectives, ignite passions, expose possibilities and inspire purists. Erica and her husband Cody stay busy with their 3 kids, ten, eight and five in Minneapolis, MN. A great day for Erica is doing house projects, working in the garden and finding a gem at a thrift store.
