For more than 50 years, NYWC has supported youth ministry, welcoming pastors, volunteers, students, workers, spouses—anyone helping teenagers find and follow Jesus. Youth workers from across the country and multiple denominations will join us in Columbus this November to be rejuvenated, inspired and encouraged.

 

Over four days, attendees engage in breakout sessions, panels, discussions, personal spiritual renewal, professional coaching, leadership development and more! They’ll visit the exhibit hall again and again for resources to enhance their ministry at home.

As an exhibitor, it pays to register early – you get to choose your booth size and location online. We have many booth packages, a la carte options and more so you can maximize your presence at NYWC.

As you can see in the exhibitor/sponsor packet, our team has diligently built out all the exhibitor and sponsor packages to include additional online options. We are prepared to offer either a partial or fully online exhibit hall experience for our attendees which will include the new additions to the booth packages this year. If you have additional questions, please reach out to Tamara Harris, Exhibits Manager, tharris@youthspecialties.com.

Booth cancellations are refundable, less a fee of 25% of the total cost, if notice of cancellation is given in writing on or before Monday, September 7, 2020. You must submit this written cancellation to Tamara Harris via email at tharris@youthspecialties.com. Please include your company name, sales contact info, and a reason for canceling in the email. Booth fees are non-refundable after September 7, 2020.

In the event NYWC cannot be held in-person due to COVID-19, the convention and exhibit hall will proceed as a partially or fully online event. Any elements of the purchased package that cannot be completed virtually will be replaced with an incentive of equal value established by Youth Specialties staff.

This is our new, FREE online platform that will be used by exhibitors to book their booth space, purchase a la carte items, and build out their virtual booth information. This platform will be used by attendees as well to view exhibitor profiles, products, brochures, and booth information; connect with exhibitors and other attendees via private messaging; schedule one-on-one appointments with exhibitors; and view detailed information about the NYWC schedule, speakers, and breakout sessions during the event.

We have hotel blocks available in Columbus. More information may be found here. Please note that we have not contracted with an outside company for hotels. If you receive any calls from anyone claiming to be from YS, NYWC, or our hotels, it is likely a scam and we encourage you not to engage with the caller.

Yes. Your booth includes booth staff registrations, which will give you access to everything on-site (breakouts, big room, etc.) except for the Comedy Kick-Off and Deep Dive sessions (which are both separately ticketed events). You are more than welcome to purchase a Comedy Kick-Off ticket in the fall for your booth staff when exhibitor booth staff registration opens.

We have exhibitor mini-sessions available for exhibitors to purchase.These are 20-minute sessions where exhibitors can share a product, case study, or helpful tips and tricks.
